All radiators sold through our website come with a manufacturer’s guarantee, providing peace of mind and long-term reliability. Guarantee terms may vary depending on the brand, but every radiator is covered against manufacturing defects when installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction. Please refer to the specific guarantee details provided for each brand below.
Anit Industrial Group radiators are protected by a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee. This covers faults or defects that arise during normal use, provided the radiator has been installed and maintained according to the supplied installation instructions. Full details of what is and isn’t covered can be found in the terms below.
- Covered faults are only valid if the radiator has been correctly installed and commissioned by a competent person.
- The guarantee does not cover issues caused by tampering, debris, system water contamination, misuse, trapped air, or external components not supplied by Anit Industrial Group (e.g., valves).
- Proof of purchase must be provided upon request for guarantee claims to be valid.
Please contact your installer to ensure that the fault does not originate from the system operation, system components, or incorrect settings of the heating system or boiler/heat pump controls, as these fall outside the manufacturer’s guarantee. Otherwise, a service charge may apply. Anit Industrial Group will not be liable for any charges arising from this process.

- Ensure the radiator has been installed and commissioned by a competent person in accordance with the installation instructions.
- Ensure the issue is not being caused by the heating system or its controls.
- During the ten-year guarantee period, no charge for parts will be made, provided the radiator has been installed and commissioned correctly.
- This guarantee does not cover any labor or associated costs incurred in replacing a faulty radiator.
- Proof of purchase must be made available to Anit Industrial Group upon request.
A charge may apply (if necessary, following testing of parts) if the breakdown is due to any fault(s) caused by the plumbing or heating system, e.g., contamination of parts due to sludge, scale, debris, or trapped air. Refer to the Extent of Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
- If the radiator has been installed for over ten years.
- If the radiator has not been installed and commissioned by a competent person in accordance with the installation instructions.
- Fault(s) due to accidental damage, tampering, unauthorized adjustment, neglect, misuse, or operation contrary to the installation instructions.
- Damage caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, fire, explosion, accident, or theft.
- Fault(s) due to incorrectly sized expansion vessel(s), incorrect vessel charge pressure, or inadequate expansion in the system.
- Heating system servicing, de-scaling, or flushing.
- Checking and replenishing system pressure.
- Heating system components such as pipes, fittings, pumps, valves, and controls not supplied by Anit Industrial Group.
- Use of spare parts not authorized by Anit Industrial Group.
- If the heating system contains antifreeze or any other chemical fluid, the proper pH must be maintained. High or low pH will damage the radiator and void the warranty.
