Delivery, Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We provide free delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
- All orders will be delivered within two (2) working days from the date of dispatch.
- A confirmation of dispatch will be sent to the customer via email once the order has been shipped.
- Customers may return products within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be issued.
- A return delivery charge of £39 will apply to all returns initiated by the customer.
- In the event that a product is found to be faulty, leaking, or exhibiting functional defects, the Company will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered free of charge.
- Customers may request an exchange for a different item within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for both the return delivery charge and the delivery cost of the replacement item (“two-way delivery”).
- The exchange will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable time after inspection and approval of the returned goods.
